| 摘 要： | 热电厂锅炉汽包液位测量的准确性对安全生产和产品质量起着至关重要的作用,我公司热电厂三期锅炉汽包液位测量差压变送器选用了横河智能差压变送器。不知什么原因,该变送器按照常温常压状态进行了参数的设置。本文系统介绍了差压变送器测量汽包水位的原理,分析了我公司汽包水位差压变送器量程设定存在的问题,提出了按实际工况设置参数的理由和详细的计算方法。

| Abstract: | The boiler drum waterlevel measurement is very important in heating and power plant operation.In the third- phase project of our company, the water level is measured with the differential pressure transducer produced by Yokogawa.Somehow,the configuration of zero and span is in no consideration of the actual working condition.In This article,the author analyses the principle of boiler drum waterlevel measurement with differential pressure transducers,points out the short comings of the current configuration,bring forward the solution. |
