| 摘 要： | 我国社会经济持续快速发展,对金融人才提出越来越高的需求。金融高校(或专业)虽已做出很大的努力,但人才供需矛盾尚未得到缓解,金融业的发展不断提出更高的人才要求,高职金融人才的培养必须有相应对策。
