电子政务产品质量的经济性分析

分析了电子政务产品质量经济性的研究现状和我国电子政务建设的现状;指出电子政务产品不同于其它工业产品的特性,特别是我国电子政务产品的社会主义特性.从产品经济效益的角度,通过定量化分析一定时期电子政务的公众预期效用和政府预期效用,运用博弈论中的委托代理理论分析了政府信息化投入、公众购买成本和公众不满意度之间的关系,进而得出定量结论.
