| 摘 要： | 女性安全是指女性在日常生活中没有危险,不受威胁或伤害。自卫防身是指当事人在遭遇人身不法侵害时,采用正当的防卫手段和紧急避险的措施进行自我保护的方法。倡导"法治治国",加强女性安全教育和自卫防身训练,是社会的需要、生活的需要和女性自身的需要,也是普及女性健体强身、增进健康、提高防范意识的重要举措。

| Abstract: | Women safety means that women won't be threatened, hurt or face adangers in their daily life. Self-defense refers to the ways by the party to take justifiable defence and commit an act in an emergency to avert the on-going unlawful infringement. To advocate Running a country according to law and to strengthen women safety education and self-defence training is the needs of society, life and women as well as the important measures to make women improve health, build up body and improve defence consciousness. |
