| Abstract: | The idiom is one kind of proverbs,and is also fixed expression which has been used by many generations with written color,semantic unity and four-character as its basic form.Based on analysis of the previous studies about the idiom’s source the present article discusses on the source of Chinese idiom from three angles including language,times of formation and type of writing. |
