谈教学质量管理中的信任原则和约束机制

摘    要:伴随着高等教育的跨越式发展,教学质量问题引起了全社会的广泛关注,加强教学质量管理、建立教学质量保障机制是必然的选择。实践表明,教学活动过程的监督、检查是重要的,但很难做到全面。如果尝试在教学质量管理中引入信任原则和约束机制,可能会有更好的实际效果。

On Principle of Trust and Restraint Mechanism in Administration of Teaching Quality

Abstract:With the rapid development of higher education in our country teaching quality has aroused wide concern in the whole society.It is significant to enhance administration and implement mechanisms to guarantee teaching quality.Practice indicates that superintendence and inspection of teaching activities are important,however,it is difficult to do so.It is hoped that adoption of trust principle and restraint mechanism in the administration of teaching quality will prove to be feasible and efficient.
