| 摘 要： | 道德和法律作为两种不同的社会调控手段，彼此互相依存，互为补充，相互作用，共同推动着人类历史的向前发展。道德对法律的制定(立法)，法的适用(执法)和法的遵守(守法)具有导向、保证和媒介作用。
