| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国的研究生招生规模不断扩大,报考人数更是每年以突破十万的数量增加,考研的热情十分高涨,这是国家重视、社会关注以及学生自身发展的必然结果。虽然大学生考研队伍的壮大确实为人才的选拔提供了更广阔的空间,但是在"考研热"出现的同时也对高校的工作提出了相应的难题,针对这种现象,高校需采取相应的措施解决问题。
