多元文化背景下的高校德育研究

多元化已成为本世纪发展的关键词，同样，多元文化也成为世界文化发展的必然趋势。在这种背景下，高校德育面临着新的历史机遇与严峻的挑战。本文在界定多元文化定义的基础上，分析多元文化的特征，进而阐释多元文化对高校德育产生的影响，最后试图探究在多元文化背景下如何进行高校德育教育。

Research on University Moral Education in the Back-ground of Pluralism

Pluralism has become a key word of this century, and meanwhile, pluralistic culture has become an inevitable trend of the world cultural development. In this background, university moral education is faced with new historical opportunities and fierce challenges. Based on the definition of pluralistic culture, this paper analyzes its characteristics, and then expounds its in-fluence on university moral education, and finally attempts to ex-plore effective approaches of university moral education in the background of pluralistic culture.
