| 摘 要： | 党的十八大的胜利召开，为高校思想政治教育工作指明了未来前进的方向，同时也提出了新的任务和要求。认真学习并贯彻十八大精神，是未来一段时期内高校学生工作的重点所在。本文充分结合了高校学生工作的实际状况，进一步分析了如何以贯彻十八大精神为契机，创新教育形式，拓宽教育载体，夯实工作队伍，实现全面加强大学生综合素质的提升。

| Abstract: | The victory of the 18th National Congress of the Com-munist Party of China indicated the forward direction of the ideo-logical and political education work in colleges and universities, and it also put forward the new requirements and tasks. Earnestly studying and implementing the 18th National Congress spirit will be the focus of college student affairs for a period of time in the future. This paper fully integrates the actual status of the univer-sity students＆#39; work, and analyzes how to implement the18th Na-tional Congress spirit as an opportunity further in order to inno-vate the education form, broaden the education carrier, strengthen the work team and improve students＆#39; comprehensive quality over-all. |
