摘    要:人才培养的道德标准是如何产生和发展的,它在人才标准中应该拥有什么样的地位,道德因素与能力因素又应该有什么样的关系,道德因素本身具有哪些文化背景和文化特性,对这些问题进行探讨,对我们树立科学的人才观、培养与社会发展相适应的高素质人才有着十分重要的意义。

Abstract:It is important to discuss these topics: how the ethic norms originated and developed in the cultivation of talents; what position the ethics should occupy in evaluating a talent; what are the relationships between ethical factors and competence and what cultural background and cultural features ethics possesses. Discussion of these will help us establish scientific talent view and cultivate high-quality talents who can adapt to social developments.
