| 摘 要： | 英语在文莱使用得相当广泛。语言的使用离不开一定的时间和空间。在特定的时空里由于受到各种因素的影响，语言会发生变体现象。为了更好地了解和使用文莱英语，文章主要从文莱殖民化的过程来分析文莱英语的变体现象。

In order to understand it better, this paper mainly analyzes the variation of the English used in Brunei from the perspective of Brunei＇ s colonization. |
