城乡建设若干问题的思考

本文从人口问题、城市化过程中的文化文明建设问题、如何协调发展多级城镇体系问题入手,重点探讨了如何用多学科理论在城市规划、城市管理以及城市建设的各个方面扭转问题成堆、困难被动的状态;如何在最短的时间内,更准确地认识城市,开展城市科学研究。文章提出关键要建立一个正确的城乡发展战略,同时提出了要系统地研究和介绍国外规划的理论与实践经验;要系统地深入地研究本国城市的历史和现状;要分层次有重点地开展研究等三项根本性工作。

Reflections on Problems in the Urban and Rural Building

The thesis, in view of the civilization construction in urbanization and the coordinate development in multistage city systems, makes a study of how to change the passivity in deal with problems accumulated in city planning, city management and city building, and how to more rightly in the near future understand city in the city studies. The thesis puts forward that the key issue is a correct strategy to be formulated. It also recommend us to make a systematic study and introduce on the theories and experience of other countries in the city planning, including city history and present condition ,and to do the studies in important fields and at different levels.
