| 摘 要： | 1840年的鸦片战争以后，外国资本主义入侵，中国近代经济在其影响下，引起近代市场的一系列变化，但由于中国的半封建半殖民地性质，近代国内市场有其特殊性，始终没有形成统一的国内大市场。造成这一结局的原因是多方面的，而主要是由于中央政权对近代市场的无所作为。

| Abstract: | After the Opium War the foreign capitalist invaders came to China and with its influence China's modern economy led to a series of change in modern market. The market at home showed its particularity with the influence of its semi-feudal and semi-colony background and never came into a big unified home market. Of course the reasons are many sided and the main one is that the central regime at the time did nothing about it. |
