| 摘 要： | 全面质量管理在企业管理广泛应用后取得了巨大的成效,国内外一些高等院校开始尝试实施全面质量管理,实验结果证实了全面质量管理对不断改进高等教育质量产生了积极的影响,成为高等教育质量保障的有效方式和手段、尤其是在教学和科研管理方面,使教学科研管理从传统管理理念、制度、技术、态度到效益发生全面转变,大大提高教学科研水平和管理水平。

| Abstract: | It has been proved to be a great success after the factories put comprehensive quality management into practice.Some universities at home and abroad also try to implement it in university administration and the experimental result shows comprehensive quality management have positive influence on the quality of higher education especially in view of teaching and scientific research management,which highly improve teaching and management levels. |
