| 摘 要： | 台湾地区秉承孙中山先生"五权分立"的政治体制构架,其"考试院"具有与"立法院"、"行政院"、"司法院"和"监察院"平等、独立行使公务员考试权及选任权的法律地位,数十年来,致力于考试法律制度建设,形成了权威性高、门类齐全、系统严密、内容科学、操作性强的公务员考试法律法规体系,对祖国大陆考试制度建设和考试立法工作具有重要的借鉴作用。
