大学基层学术权力探析

本文探讨大学内部基层学术组织的成员个体或团体对职责范围内的学术事务所具有的支配力量。在借鉴了“学术民主管理权力”和“学术权威”相关研究成果的基础上,文章从历史和学理两个方面探讨了大学基层学术权力的表现与合理性基础,得出了关于该权力的性质、来源、要素、主体、客体、形式以及与“三A原则”的关系等七个方面的归纳性认识。

On Academic Power in Universities' Bottom-level Academic Organizations

This paper attempts to analyze the academic power in universities' bottom - Ievel academic organizations. Based on the research of "academic management democratic power" and academic authority", the author explores the form and the rationality of such power from two aspects, and then sums up this power from seven aspects, i. e. , its nature, source, actors, subjects, objects, form, and the relation with "three A principle".
