试论高校图书馆做好培养创新型人才工作

21世纪是高等院校与社会紧密结合,更加注重人才素质教育,重视学生创新能力培养,注意人才个性发展,特别是重视人才综合素质全面提高的世纪,同时又是在时间和空间上进一步拓展,呈现终身化教育和国际化教育趋势的世纪。高校图书馆要在知识管理和传递中及时地反映出时代的要求,通过组织创新、服务体制和服务模式创新,以提高学生的知识创新能力、文化品位和知识素养,使学生的综合素质得到全面发展。

Libraries in Higher Learning Should Cultivate New Qualified Talents

During the 21st century higher learning should combine with society closely. They should pay more attention to the quality education, cultivation of the innovational abilities, development of student characteristics and improve all-round of the students' multi-qualities. Libraries should meet the requirements of the era in the management and transformation of information. It is necessary to innovate the organizations, service systems and service forms in order to raise the students' innovation ability in acknowledge, culture, and other multi-qualities.
