| Abstract: | This article is about some questions concerning about local higher vocational college animation design mode for developing talents. Firstly, it analyzes the local vocational training talented animation positioning and personnel training deficiencies and clears the professional development goals. On the basis of the above discussions, the article explains how to run an effective way to improve higher professional animation. |
