从终身体育思想论大学体育武术套路教学改革

运用文献资料、逻辑分析、专家访谈等方法，从终身体育思想的角度，分析当下大学体育武术套路教学中存在的问题，在此基础上研究普通高校武术套路教学改革。研究结论认为：（1）教学内容改革为：淡化难度、注重学练法，突出欣赏能力培养、强调武术文化传承．（2）武术套路技术评价分为3种形式，即根据不同层次的班级有选择地进行单式技术、组合技术、整套技术的评价。单式技术评价侧重于动作练习的质量和技击含义的表达；组合技术评价侧重于对动作的审美；整套技术评价侧重于动作的记忆和艺术表现，突出学生个性培养。

Research on the Reform of School P.E.Wishu Routine Teaching from the Idea of Lifelong Sports

By means of literature, logic analysis, investigation and so on, from the idea of lifelong sports, the author studies the question in university Wushu lesson content so as to research the reform of university Wushu Routine content. The result shows that the question in university Wushu Routine lesson content show that neglecting the quantity of boxing and feet, pose practice, unilateral emphasize the space layer of the layout; the direction of reform is： Downplay the difficulty and pay attention to practice the method, outstanding the ability of enjoy Wushu, emphasize the inherit of Wushu culture. There are three to judge the students study. First, the single skill to judge their exercise quality and fight means; Second, the combined skill to judge their aesthetic; Final, the routine skill to judge their remember and aesthetic exhibition.
