| Abstract: | This paper mainly discusses the phonological system of Taizi dialect in the suburbs of Shangluo City, which chiefly includes the initials, finals and tones as well as homophony syllabary.The paper also rearranges homophony syllabary by dividing through finals,and through initials if the characters share the same finals,and through tones（first, second,third and fourth） if the characters share the same finals and initials. |
