摘    要:从适应新形势下食品行业对人才需求出发,根据食品专业实践教学实际存在的问题,从课程设置、资源整合、创新教学等几个方面探讨如何打造"复合型"食品人才的实践教学课程体系。

Abstract:Starting from the need for talents in the food trade and in view of the problems existing in the practical teaching, this paper discusses how to establish the practical teaching course system for cultivating compound talents of food trade in the aspects of course setting, resources integration and teaching creation.
