| 摘 要： | 利益分化是社会转型期的显著特点，也是影响社会稳定的重要因素。我国在转型期通过加强政治民主及其制度化建设。通过政府公共政策协调利益分配、通过成熟的公民意识的培育，有效地化解了利益分化过程中的伴生问题，保持着社会的基本稳定。它们共同构成了利益分化背景下我国社会稳定的基本支撑，即政治民主及其制度化支撑、公共政策支撑和公民意识支撑，并共同作用使我国在转型期保持着社会稳定。
