Poetry is called the art of words,and it is the art which appeals readers by way of the techniques of wording and peculiar style of presentations.The poets embody the lines of a poem with musical rhythm to make reader feel at ease and understand the themes deeply,even benefit from what the line implies.This thesis probed the rhythm and meters taken by American and British poets in order to inspire readers and help them learn to appreciate relevant works properly.
