苯甲酸乙酯的环境友好制备研究

摘    要:为减少实验中产生的污染,以阳离子交换树脂为催化剂研究了环境友好合成苯甲酸乙酯的条件,考察了时间、温度、催化剂用量等因素对苯甲酸转化率的影响,以实现实验过程的绿色化.结果表明:当苯甲酸用量为2g、反应时间1h、反应温度65℃、催化剂用量为0.2g、无水乙醇用量10mL时,苯甲酸转化率可达78.6%.

Abstract:In order to reduce pollution during experiments,environment-friendly synthesis of ethl benzozate was conducted by using cation exchange resin as the catalyst.The influence of the reaction conditions,such as the reaction temperature and the reaction time,the amount of catalyst were investigated in an attempt to help achieve green chemistry.The results show the optimal reaction conditions take place when the use of benzoic acid is controlled at 2g,reaction time at 1h and the reaction temperature at 65℃ and the dose of the catalyst at 0.2g,the consumption of ethanol at 10mL.The yield of ethyl benzoate under such conditions reaches about 78.6%.
