Several Issues about Traffic Legislation of Qinghai -Tibet Plateau

The traffic construction is the important component of the economic development in Qinghai-Tibet plateau,while the traffic legislation is the significant issue which influences directly the good development of traffic facilities and the construction of resource-economized and environment-absorbed society in Qinghai-Tibet plateau. Therefore,this article not only inquires into the basic ideas followed by the traffic legislation of Qinghai-Tibet plateau,but also analyzes and proves the establishment of several mechanisms that must be played close attention to and,how to take great advantage of the good customary laws of the ethnic minorities in this area,etc.
