发菜名称考辨

摘    要:本文对名贵食用蓝藻发菜的系统分类地位、学名及其命名沿革进行了说明与追溯;并对我国典藉中被认为是发菜的一些名称做了考证辨析,指出其“同名异物”的误解。讹传及不正确描述。此外,提及发菜的一些俗名,对商品发菜的英语名称做了分析和建议。

Abstract:In this paper, the taconomy and the to this alga, and a few of wrong descrip-scientific name of Nostor flagelliforme, a tions were corrected. The other local names rare delicious edible blue-green alge, were of Nostor flagelliforme were listed, and its showed, and the nomenclature was traced English name as a commodity was dissected to its source. Some names considered as if and suggested. this alga from the Chinese ancient books and records were made textual researches. Most of them were pointed out as different plants
