| 摘 要： | 员工心理素质教育作为企业发展的必要因素已经受到各行各业的广泛关注。烟草专卖局作为一个特殊的行业同时兼顾行政与企业的双重特性,只有坚持"以人为本、全面发展"的员工心理素质教育原则,狠抓预防和提高两个环节,才可以形成有效的心理素质教育体系,使员工身心愉悦的投入到工作中去,为企业和社会创造更多的经济利益。

| Abstract: | The point that the staff’s psychological quality education should be taken as the essential factor for the development of enterprises has become the concern in all trades and professions of life.As a special industry,Tobacco Monopoly Bureau has the characteristics of both executive power and commercial nature.The Bureau should keep firm in the principles of"people-oriented and all-round development"on psychological quality education for the staff.Furthermore it should focus on two key links---precautions and improvement.The effective system for psychological quality education could be assured,the pleasures of employees both in physical and mental could be realized and the creation of more economic benefits for both the enterprise and society could be guaranteed. |
