摘    要:教育技术评价的准则、程序、过程、结果均有强烈的导向作用,既可以把教育技术的发展引入正轨,也可以把教育技术导入歧途。只有重视元评价的作用,强化评价的监督机制,建立一套发展性的评价方案,才可能实现评价的真正价值。

Abstract:The hales, programs, process and result of educational technological evaluation have strong function of orientation, which can lead the development of educational technology to the right or wrong direction. In order to realize the real value of evaluation, we should emphasize the function of meta - evaluation, strengthen the supervision system of evaluation and set up a set of developing evaluation schemes.
