| 摘 要： | 发展工业是袁世凯经济思想中的核心内容，他对我国近代化所起的作用也主要体现在这一方面，其表现有四：对外理性抗争，进行利权回收，倡国货，拒洋货，引进外资，引进，推广机器，发展工业，扶持民族资本工业。

| Abstract: | It was an important part in Yuan's economic thoughts to develop China's industries. In this aspect, Yuan played an important role in China's economic modernization. His ideas concerning with it can be seen in four steps:reasonably opposing foreign goods and taking back the rights and interests taken away by foreigners which belonged to China; promoting the production of industrial goods of China and stopping the import of foreign goods; introducing foreign capitals into China;importing and spreading the use of machinery, developing industries of China and helping the growth of its national capitalist industries. |
