| 摘 要： | 随着教学理念的更新,教学资源建设的标准也日益提高,项目管理成为多媒体教学资源建设成败的决定性因素。项目组的组建、项目方案设计、开发过程管理和效果评价是项目管理中最为重要的四个环节,深刻认识这四个环节对多媒体教学资源建设工作有着积极的意义。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of teaching ideas,the standards for developing teaching resources projects are increasingly improved.Project management has become the decisive factor for a successful project.Project team formation,project design,process management and project evaluation are the most important four areas.A profound understanding of these areas is significant for the development of multimedia teaching resources. |
