| 摘 要： | 江泽民同志明确指出“创新是一个民族进步的灵魂,是国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。”创新教育是国家和民族发展、强大以及个人完善、发展的有效途径,是素质教育的核心与方向。实施创新教育的出发点与归宿是为了培养学生创新精神与实践能力,要培养学生创新精神与实践能力关键是要有创新型的教师,主渠道是课堂教学,有效载体是校内外实践活动。
