| 摘 要： | 信用消费指消费者向银行或其他金融机构借款,用于购买住房、汽车等耐用消费品或教育、医疗、旅游等消费性支出的一种消费形式。西方国家在信用消费方面已积累了成功的经验,主要包括个人信用制度、风险防范制度、法律制度等。很有借鉴的必要。
