黄芪成分F_3新制剂的急性毒性研究

摘    要:[目的]研究黄芪成分F3新制剂的急性毒性和最大耐受量.[方法]采用小鼠急性毒性试验方法和最大耐受量测定方法.[结果]小鼠腹腔注射黄芪成分F3新制剂的半数致死量(LD50)未测出,其最小耐受量为5g/kg体重.[结论]黄芪成分F3新制剂是一种毒性作用较小的、有一定开发应用前景的药物.

Abstract:[Object] Studying acute toxicity and maximum tolerable dose of Astragalus composition F3 new preparation. [Methods] Testing acute toxicity and measuring maximum tolerable dose in mice. [Results] Median lethal dose of Astragalus composition F3 new preparation ip to mice had no result, and the drug's maximum tolerable dose was 5 g/kg. [Conclusion] Astragalus composition F3 new preparation is a drug with relatively poor toxicity and good prospects in exploited and applied fields.
