追求有效教学 构筑理想课堂

教学改革是课程改革系统工程中的一个组成部分。我国目前的中小学教学有一个非常突出的问题,那就是：教师很辛苦,学生很痛苦,然而学生却没有得到应有的发展。要改变课堂教学的如此状况,必须从更新教师的教学理念抓起,从教师的基本功抓起,从帮助教师克服以往的教学弊病抓起,从教师执行的每一堂课抓起。必须加强课堂教学的校本研修,改进课堂教学的评价机制,追求课堂教学的有效性。
