| 摘 要： | 随着计算机网络技术的发展,商业秘密的保护面临新的难题。通过网络对商业秘密的侵权表现出不同于传统模式的方式和特点,必须建立相对应的预防和救济机制,并制定专门的商业秘密保护法。
