高教园区教学软资源共享模式的构建

摘    要:地域的紧密、理念上的一致以及产业集聚理论的成熟为高教园区内高校的教学软资源共享提供了可能,共享工作必须遵循整体协调发展、政府协调和服务社会、效益主体相对独立、局部利益服从整体利益以及差异化定位等原则,其共享模式设计以确立学分互认制度为基础,通过建立校际联席委员会,确定各高校特色化建设方向,在统一学分基础上开放特色课程,最终实现资源的流转.

Abstract:The closed relations of areas, agreement on school-running ideas and mature industry cluster theory provide possibility to teaching soft resources sharing among colleges and universities. Based on certain principles, establishing sharing mode should be based on the mutual credit transfer system. Meanwhile, inter-university committee should be set. All universities must have own direction of characterized construction, and open characterized curricula in terms of unique credit so as to realize resource sharing.
