| 摘 要： | 为提高图书馆图书利用率,设计开发一套短信催还系统。系统开发包括硬件与软件设计。硬件由SIM300、ARM7与W5100等组成,微机端软件由C#设计。文章重点介绍软硬件系统的组成和基于C#的程序设计。
