| Abstract: | The new central leaders put forward the for-the-people view: Power should be exercised for the people, feeling should be attached to the people, and interest should be sought for the people. This kind of view not only expresses the civilian-politics thought of Hu Jintao's but also raises for our Party members and leaders a histric question for study of how to adhere to the mass interest under the new history condition. |
