| 摘 要： | 职业教育对推动社会文明的发展起着重要作用。工业化的发展催生着职业技术教育以空前规模影响着现代化的进程。职业教育的最大优势是把人力资源变成人力资本,实现人力资本与价值创造的零距离衔接,高职院校应当采取对策加大知识和技术含量,强化人文素质教育,培养合格的职业人才。

| Abstract: | Vocational Education plays an important part in pushing the social civilization forward.The development of industry enables vocational education to influence the modernization course with unparalleled scale.The biggest advantage of vocational education is to put human resources into human capital to realize the zero connection between human capital and value creation.Higher vocational colleges should take measures to increase technical knowledge,to enhance humanism quality education and to train qualified professional personnel as well. |
