抓住中西部开发良机,发展湖南县域经济

湖南作为一个农业大省、工业弱省，如何抓住中西部开发这一良机，扭亏增盈，实现经济的快速增长，是一个值得探讨的问题。而大力发展湖南县域经济乃是一个有效途径。就我省县域经济现状作些分析，并提出发展我省县域经济的基本思路。

Seizing the Opportunity of Middle West of China's Development, Developing the County's Economy of Hunan Province

Hunan province enjoys very powerful agriculture but weak industry. It's a problem worthy of study, how to seize the good opportunity of developing the Middle West areas and how to make up deficits and increase surpluses and how to realize economic grouth rapidly. It's an effective way to devote major efforts to developing the county's economy of Hunan province. This paper anlyzes the present situation of the county's economy in Hunan province and raises the basic thoughts of developing the county' s economy.
