| 摘 要： | 管理的历史源远流长，而企业生产管理自从有了工厂，企业以后才产生的，同现代企业联系尤其密切，随着知识经济时代的到来，无论是企业的外部还是内部环境都发生了新的变化，知识成为企业生产管理的主要要素，知识经济时代的到来对企业生产管理提出了许多新的问题与新的挑战。

With the coming of knowledge economic times, in both external and internal conditions of enterprises new changes take place, and knowledge has become the essencial factor of the enterprise production management. The coming of knowledge economy has brought many new questions and challenges to enterprise production management. |
