| 摘 要： | 构建高校创新人才培养模式是变革教育观念，应对知识经济挑战的必然选择。创新性人才培养模式以获取知识的基础，以开发智能为手段，以发展创新能力为核心，以提高综合素质为目标，必须坚持知识，能力、素质协调发展，充分发挥学生的主体作用，建立一支高素质的教师队伍。
