| 摘 要： | 工程技术人员这一群体有着独特的职业环境,又因其掌握的专业知识技能对公众的利益负有责任,因此需要伦理原则的指导,而这些原则又有着长期的形成过程。分析了工程技术人员职业活动中应遵循的伦理原则,并探讨了这些原则的形成过程。

| Abstract: | Engineering and technical personnels have a special occupation environment,and thanks to their professional knowledge and skills which pay responsibilities to the public,they need ethical principles guide which need a long time to formation.This article analyzes the ethical principles which the engineering and technical personnels need to comply with,and discusses the formation of these principles. |
