大学外语教师素质培养探究

摘    要:本文以教育叙事为视角,采用传记研究的定性方法,以当代中国35位著名外语教育家的传记为样本,探究中国优秀外语教师的成长历程和所具备的素质内涵。研究发现,优秀教师早期的学习经历和教学经历对其学习和发展有重大影响,教师的典范作用和学习者强烈的学习动机相互作用,文章验证了被中外学者认同的优秀外语教师的共同特征和有效教学原则的五条标准。

Abstract:Based on the biographies of 35 famous foreign language educationists, relying on the meth- ods of biography study, this article studies the development course and qualities of the excellent college English teachers in China with the angle of educational narration. According to the research, the earlier learning and teaching experiences of these teachers have a great impact on their later studies and develop- ment and their modeling role and the learners' motivation interact on each other. The article also verifies the common features of the great teachers agreed on by the scholars home and abroad and the five criteria of effective teaching principle.
