| 摘 要： | 以＂SCP＂为框架,分析了CBA的市场结构、市场行为和市场绩效。并从公共政策着手,提出了CBA未来健康发展的四点建议：第一、完善CBA联赛的市场体系,培育相应的市场要素。第二、健全法律法规,促进CBA联赛健康发展。第三、转变管理机制,明晰CBA产权关系。第四、打造CBA明星效应,建立CBA联赛的相关产业。

| Abstract: | Based on the framework of ＂SCP＂,the essay analyzes the structure,the conduct,and the performance of ＂CBA＂.From the aspect of public policy,it puts forward four pieces of advice for the healthy development of ＂CBA＂：Firstly,to improve the market system of CBA and to cultivate the corresponding market elements;Secondly,to improve laws and regulations to promote the healthy development of CBA;Thirdly,to change management mechanisms and to clear property rights of CBA;Fourthly,to create CBA star effect and to establish the related CBA industries. |
