| 摘 要： | 《乐记》是在中国音乐史和文艺理论史上都十分重要的著作。学术界历来对其作者与撰作年代问题颇有争议。本文对各家主要观点作了梳理，并且在此基础上，认为“非一人一时之作”的观点最为合理。
