2004年南京报业融资状况及分析

2003年中国“允许外资或民营资本投资媒体”,南京报业首次成功引进业外资本9000万元,引资方式均采用经营权出让的方式;报纸与资方合作明显趋于理性务实,合同由“粗放”型转向“细密”型;但在目前南京报业三重结构中,只有“第二集团”能实现有效融资,占报业总数8%,而占绝大多数的“第一集团”、第三集团则很难同样如法炮制解决问题,显示目前这种单一融资方式尚难具备行业“普适性”。

Status and Analysis of Financing of Nanjing Newspaper Industry in 2004

With the advent of the approval of foreign and private investment in media in 2004, Nanjing newspapers, for the very first time, managed to draw an investment of ninety million yuan from other lines of business by means of sale of the management. The cooperation between the newspapers and investors tend to be more rational and practical and the contracts turn from being extensive to being precise. However, among all the newspapers in Nanjing, which form a triple structure, only those in the second_class clique are able to realize an effective financing. It accounts for 8% of the totality of the newspapers. Those in the first-class and third-class cliques find it hard to follow the suit, which indicates that the unitary means of financing lacks universality in current China.
