| 摘 要： | 本文以＂功能翻译观＂及其核心理论＂目的论＂为理论依据,分析商务英语口译的特点,并提出为实现促使谈判双方达成公平满意的结果的目的,口译员应发挥的积极作用,应采取一定的口译策略避免冲突、解决争端,从而使谈判达到预期效果。

| Abstract: | The thesis takes functionalist approach,especially its core theory teleology as its theoretical base to analyze the feat-ures of business interpreting,and in turn draws the conclusion that in order to make both parties in negotiation reach a fair and satisfactory result,the interpreter should play an active role to adopt certain interpreting strategies,so as to settle disputes and reach an expected effect for business negotiation. |
