| 摘 要： | 通过分析企业核心价值体系,提出了与核心价值体系具有密切联系的辅助价值体系,具体分析了辅助价值体系的特征和内容,提出了基于核心价值基础上的辅助价值体系构建步骤和方法,建立了以辅助价值体系和核心价值体系成本分析为基础的辅助价值评价模型。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the core value system of the corporation,the paper puts forward the value-assisted system which has close ties with the core value system,particularly analyses the features and the content of the value-assisted system.The paper puts forward the steps and the methods to build the value-assisted systems on the basis of the core value system.Finally we establish the evaluation model of the value-assisted management system based on cost analysis of the core value and the support value. |
